I wanted to take a moment to recognize Best Deal Auto Sales and personally thank Dillon, Jeremy, Caleb, and Perry for their help throughout my experience.Shortly after purchasing my vehicle, I discovered a mechanical issue that understandably left me concerned and uncertain about my purchase. I brought the issue to their attention right away, and although the process took time and wasn’t always easy, I genuinely appreciate how they handled my situation.There were moments when it was difficult to trust the process, but what stood out to me was the patience, communication, and professionalism of everyone involved.Dillon deserves special recognition for maintaining consistent communication throughout the entire process. He was responsive, kept me informed, and made sure I wasn’t left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. His willingness to stay involved and be a reliable point of contact meant a lot.Jeremy was always open to hearing my concerns. He never made me feel dismissed or that my questions were unreasonable. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and ultimately followed through on the commitments made.Caleb was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the service process. He was willing to discuss the mechanical side of things, explain how everything worked, and openly answer my questions. I genuinely appreciated his honesty and willingness to communicate rather than simply giving me an answer and sending me on my way.I also want to recognize Perry, the service technician who personally took the time to walk me through his findings, show me what he was seeing, and explain everything in a way I could understand. That level of transparency helped restore my confidence.Ultimately, Best Deal followed through on their word and worked to make things right in my particular situation.I understand that purchasing a used vehicle comes with uncertainties and that every situation is different. My experience certainly had its challenges, but I believe a business should be recognized not only when everything goes smoothly, but also for how it responds when things don’t go as planned.Thank you again to Dillon, Jeremy, Caleb, Perry, and everyone involved. Found a car I loved in less than 5 minutes, got approved super easily. Greg Hall (the asst. Manager) was friendly and explained everything super easy! Got to take my car home the same day! Super easy for a first car

Wonderful experience. Greg Hall was very friendly and helpful. Looking for a car for my daughter first car. She picked a car. Took car for test drive and she fell in love with a 2023 Nissan rogue. Was a very short process for application approval. We are very happy. They detailed it while we finished the paperwork.
