If you're looking for a low-pressure buying experience, go see Keith Cramer at Best Deal Auto Sales on Goshen Rd.My daughter was in the market for her second vehicle -- her first dependable SUV -- so we stopped at Best Deal Auto on Goshen Rd to look around. What's unique about Best Deal Auto is that they have just about every make and model of SUVs on the lot (they also have an imports lot and a truck lot). During business hours, all of the vehicles are unlocked, so you can browse at your own pace. After browsing for a little while, Keith came out and introduced himself and explained how Best Deal Auto operates. He always treated us with respect and never talked down to us or pressured us.Another unique feature of Best Deal Auto is that they have several locations and they are willing to bring the vehicle you're interested in to the location closest to where you live or work. That was super helpful for us!We highly recommend Best Deal Auto Sales for your next car buying experience. Stop in on Goshen Rd to see Keith! He will make sure you find what you're looking for, and then he even held the vehicle for us overnight and had it detailed and ready for us to sign the papers the next morning!

Absolutely loved my experience working with Jaelyn at Best Deal Auto in Fort Wayne! I was a little hesitant walking into Best Deal Auto due to past dealership experiences but Jaelyn was so kind and accommodating! He helped my husband and I get a lower rate and a low payment on our new 2022 Escape! I have been recommending them to my friends and family and will continue doing so! Thanks Jaelyn!

5 Stars – Highly Recommend Best Deal Auto Sales!I recently purchased a 2022 Kia Carnival from Keith at Best Deal Auto Sales, and the entire experience was outstanding. Keith was incredibly helpful and worked hard to get me a great deal with a low monthly payment. He even let us go do some shopping while he handled the paperwork and setup. The most patient dealership that I have ever experienced! Austin was so kind and so helpful every step of the way. He laid everything out and was so transparent. Felt like I could trust them every step of the way. Felt no pressure to rush into a decision and helped me out in every way he could. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car from someone you can trust.

Keith was great to work with!! We were very honest with each other and we were able to reach a great agreement!! It was also nice to have a chat with him on things we have in common while waiting for everything to go thru!! Fantastic job and a great person too!!
