I recently purchased a 2015 RAV4 Limited and had a very positive experience overall. I spoke with Austyn several times by phone, and he was consistently responsive and supportive throughout the process. Brandon handled the purchase and left a great impression as well. At delivery, the low tire pressure warning was still on. Brandon mentioned it could be due to extreme weather, and since it was already late and the office was closed, I wasn’t able to address it immediately. Afterward, I contacted Austyn and explained that although the car was sold as-is, the warning remained even after adding air. He reassured me, suggested I have it checked at a tire shop, and confirmed that the cost would be reimbursed if a sensor replacement was needed. The issue was taken care of as advised, and I truly appreciate how professionally and courteously it was handled. The team was responsive, supportive, and easy to work with. They don’t just sell cars, they build lasting relationships.
