My daughter’s car at the time got hot and the motor locked up, I called best deal and told them I wanted to speak with a manager. They put me through to Dan Weidner which is the manager over the northern Indiana stores, I explained the whole situation and he understood completely having a daughter around the same age himself. He told me he was going to make a couple calls and get back with me as soon as he got all the info he needed. Long story short after a few calls to myself, my wife and my daughter, Dan went above and beyond helping us get our daughter back in a car, even the car she was wanting, he even was in contact with the vice president of the company to see what else could be done. Kudos to Dan, thank you for all you did for us, we greatly greatly appreciate it, the world needs more people like you, thank you again sir.

I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from Best Deal Auto in Auburn, and I especially want to recognize Justin for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. From start to finish, he was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and helpful without ever making me feel pressured.The buying process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. They even have an area for kids to read and color, which my kids took advantage of, and I hadn't seen in a car dealership before. Jaime was amazing! Got the perfect car for me within my budget, we came 30 minutes before they closed and everyone was so sweet and polite. We had a great time talking and I just felt so welcomed and heard. Jaime answered all my questions and concerns and I am IN LOVE with my new car! Highly recommend 😊
