He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured.I had a lot of questions about things I wasn’t sure of, and Justin never once made me feel dumb for asking them. Instead, he explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood each step of the process. Working with Dan was a pleasure. He quickly found us the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was flexible and proactive in working with us, but not pushy or overbearing. We drove from 1.5 hours away to get our new family car, and the experience at the dealership was excellent as well. All around a great experience and I would recommend Dan to anyone.
