Amazing customer service from Dan! The whole process was quick and easy — I got into my dream car and sold my old one for a very fair price. Dan made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend the Auburn Best Deals to anyone looking for a new car!

Jamie was very nice and helpful with the whole process of buying my car. Answered all questions and didn’t try to sell me anything more than I wanted. I called to see about getting my car to the lot in auburn from Fort Wayne to test drive it. Jamie was quick and had there the day I wanted to test drive it. My Santa Fe was brought the day I test drove it and Jamie made sure everything went smoothly. Great experience with buying my car.

We had an excellent experience at Best Deal in Auburn. Perhaps like many of you out there, we were pretty worn out by the "magical" used car shopping experience nowadays. That's what made Best Deal such an excellent experience for us. We worked with Justin Baldwin, who was outstanding in helping us through the process from beginning to end, all smooth and low pressure. A few things I appreciated very much: all the cars had been well-detailed at the Auburn location, and I liked that they had all the cars open so that we could poke around to our heart's content. After striking out several times elsewhere, we were delighted to find 3-4 vehicles on the lot that were a good match for our needs, and we're very happy with our Honda, which won the day. Thank you, Justin, for the excellent service and to Best Deal for the excellent experience buying a "new to us" car in tip top shape.
